Shipping Policy
Delivery time
Orders arrive within 8 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak seasons and holidays, deliveries may take a little longer.
Shipping rates
Shipping rates and any available shipping options are shown at checkout before you pay.
Order changes and cancellations
Need to change your size, color or address? Email info@ombria.store as soon as possible. We can update or cancel an order only before it has shipped.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email. Tracking can take 24 to 48 hours to update after you receive it.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking has not updated for 7 or more days, or your order shows delivered but you have not received it, contact us at info@ombria.store and we will help you resolve it.
Incorrect address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
